Budget cuts, I guess. But then, from this article on the situation from the LA Times:

And for you budget-conscious taxpayers: The Republican majority decided to let the Army go ahead and keep spending $7 million a year to sponsor a NASCAR driver.

Sign the following petition if they have ever helped you out in a pinch AND/OR you disagree with cutting funds to an organization that provides low-cost and/or free services such as HIV testing, cancer screenings, information on men’s sexual health, general health, STD/STIs, and much more to people that can’t really afford them.

It never hurts to post a link to this petition again. Don’t forget, readers, Planned Parenthood is so much more than just abortions.
