The lovely feminist website Mookychick (who gave me an unexpected and flattering shout-out — thanks!) is having a writing contest. I’m entering, and while I shouldn’t want to increase my chances of losing by upping the competition pool, I will. Enter, my fine fabulous feminist friends! Put your short-essay or haiku writing skills to the test. Tag them on tumblr as “Feminist Flash 2011” so we all can enjoy too. First prize is 100£ and a one-year digital subscription to Bust magazine. Can’t beat that with a stick!
